Who is responsible for your data
Gamzenur Erdogan, acting as an individual service provider based in Istanbul, Turkiye, is the data controller for information submitted through this website. Contact details for data requests are given at the end of this page.
What is collected
Two forms on this site collect personal data. The newsletter form collects your email address. The contact form collects your name, your email address and the message you write. If you go on to book a session, you may also send documents such as a CV. Nothing else is collected automatically beyond standard server logs kept by the hosting provider.
Why it is collected
Your contact details are used to answer your message, to deliver a service you asked for, and to send the CV checklist or occasional career emails if you asked for those. Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing by anyone else.
How long it is kept
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. Documents you send for a session are deleted on request and in any case within a defined retention period. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights under KVKK
Under article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law number 6698, you may ask whether your data is being processed, request a copy, request correction of errors, request deletion, and object to processing. Requests are answered within the period set by law.
